This role is crucial in ensuring the availability of accurate data for statutory returns and management information. Your work will help the Council report its functions accurately, target service planning, assure managers that work is being appropriately undertaken, and enable practitioners to effectively plan their work.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate data entry for statutory returns and management information.
  • Support practitioners and frontline managers in maintaining accurate case records for individual children and young people.
  • Assist in ensuring that data is available for effective service planning and management.
Essential Skills:
  1. Strong judgment skills to identify problems and an awareness of when issues need to be escalated to line managers.
  2. Ability to interpret information and data according to set rules and procedures.
  3. Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  4. Excellent communication skills to regularly exchange information orally and in writing with the team and managers.
  5. Proficient keyboarding skills with a focus on precision and speed to complete tasks to standard and within timescales.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Exceptionally competent with IT and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Recent experience in a similar position would be advantageous.
