Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a high growth national retailer. The Senior Data Analyst, will provide crucial insights across the Supply Chain network, driving performance improvements, optimising processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making at all levels. This is an office-based role with some travel to operational sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business performance.
- Create and manage interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, tailored to different departments.
- Work closely with operational teams to recommend improvements and solutions based on data analysis.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and improve business outcomes.
- Continuously optimize data collection and analysis processes for greater efficiency and data accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in data analysis, ideally in logistics operations, retail, or financial services, with the ability to turn data into clear insights.
- Strong technical skills in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros), SQL, Power BI and experience with Python for data modelling
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and driving performance improvements.
