Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers to provide individualized support to students in need.
- Assist with planning and preparation of lessons and materials.
- Help students with academic and behavioural challenges in the classroom.
- Supervise students during independent work and recreational activities.
- Support the implementation of educational programs and individualized learning plans.
- Maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
- Ability to work with students of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to student success.
