Commercial Assistant
We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to join a leading Tier 1 Construction Contractor on a 200M project in Plymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-value construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the commercial team with administration, invoicing, and procurement tasks.
- Assisting with document control, ensuring all records are accurately maintained.
- Managing subcontractor and supplier documentation.
- Tracking project costs and assisting with reporting.
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a commercial, administrative, or document control role within construction is desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
