We have an exciting opportunity to work in our clients Plymouth office, which is conveniently located, with readily available access to public transport. The client is a multi-award winning Building Services Consultancy specialising in all aspects of Mechanical, Public Health and Sustainable Design Services. The client provides national coverage across all aspects of Mechanical, Public Health and Sustainable Design Services.As an associate/principal, you will manage a team of engineers and assist the Director in the day-to-day delivery of projects.Working across different sectors within Building Services Design. These include: Commercial, Industrial, Education, Sports & Leisure, Healthcare, Residential, Government, Custodial & DefenceKey Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, whilst managing the teams workload and quality.
  • Maintain client relationships.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians on a day-today basis, including appraisals, training and development.
  • Support the Director at local marketing events.
  • Assist in the maintenance of PRDB to ensure effective project/cost monitoring.
