Are you an experienced Facilities Maintenance Electrician seeking a new opportunity in Plymouth? We have a fantastic position available for you!

Our client, a reputable healthcare site in Plymouth, is looking to hire a skilled Facilities Maintenance Electrician to join their dedicated team. This role offers a competitive salary of 42,000 per annum, along with an attractive benefits package including 5 weeks of holiday per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting electrical maintenance and repairs within a healthcare facility.
Carrying out planned preventive maintenance tasks.
Responding promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergencies.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with other maintenance staff and contractors.

Shift Pattern:

Work Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off.
Shift Hours: 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Total Work Days: 7 days out of a 14-day cycle.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Recognized electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 236/2330, or equivalent).
Previous experience in facilities maintenance, ideally within a healthcare setting.
Competency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
