Opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician with strong technical skills and attention to detail to join an award-winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy. This will suit somebody with a strong interest in Interior Design, you will be working within the Interior Design team.
You will need proven experience in Revit/BIM and a keen eye for detail. Initially, you'll work on a high-profile, large commercial project, with a mix of office-based and on-site responsibilities. There will be plenty of opportunities to contribute to a wide range of projects across various sectors and scales, both now and in the future.

This would also suit an Architectural Technician who has a strong interest in Interior Design, or a technically strong Interior Designer.
Responsibilities
- Site visits
- Research for products and services, trends, familiar with materials and product samples
- Creating visuals in mood and material boards, 3D images and montages
- Excellent presentation skills
- Forming creative solutions
- Proficiency in Revit or BIM
- Tender documentation and understanding of the administration of tender process
- Understanding of costs and products awareness within the commercial sector
- Relevant Architectural / Interior Design degree
- Previous UK based experienced is essential
- Strong creative skills and excellent communication
- Eye for detail and accuracy
- Exceptional design and technical abilities
- Worked in a variety of project sectors
- Understanding of the commercial construction process
