Salary:                                     £13ph (18 hours).

A well-established construction company based in Plymouth, seeking a reliable and efficient Part-Time Administrator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative experience and a solid understanding of invoicing to support operations. The position starts as temporary but has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Role Requirements will include:

  • General administrative duties including managing phone calls, emails, and office correspondence.
  • Processing and managing invoices for both customers and suppliers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation.
  • Data entry and updating of internal systems and databases.
  • Assisting with filing, both physical and digital, and managing office supplies.
  • Preparing reports and other documents as needed.
  • Providing support to other team members to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Essential Knowledge & Attributes required:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles, ideally including invoicing and general office support.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices and managing records.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach with a can-do attitude.
