Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Experience required: Strong educational background in mechatronics engineering, experience in a similar role, understanding of electromechanical systems, experience in thermal and mechanical simulations

Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking a Power Engineer to join their client's team in Plymouth. As a key member of the engineering department, you'll be responsible for developing and designing innovative electromechanical components and products in the field of low-voltage technology.

Your main responsibilities will include performing thermal and mechanical simulations of power distribution systems (busbars) to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. You'll also provide technical product support, from concept design to series production, working closely with our talented team of engineers.

Experience of management of thermal and mechanical simulations
Knowledge of data models in 3D
