Graduate Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and track new product introduction projects.
- Develop and implement capacity planning methods to improve accuracy and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Resolve project delays by collaborating with multiple departments to minimize impact.
- Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within NPI processes.
- Work closely with the business to plan future requirements based on forecasted demand and analysis.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and business processes (preferably).
- Project management expertise, including knowledge of Gantt charts and CAD software (SolidWorks is a plus).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of driving cross-functional projects.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and influence outcomes.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is a bonus.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred).
- Experience in project management is a plus.
