Hatched Recruitment is working closely with the local authorities and we are looking for a Events Assistant in the Plymouth area. 3 - 6 months contract with the local authorities.

The PCC Events team is seeking an Events Assistant to support on the Christmas Events and planning for delivery of the Event Programme for 2025. This includes managing the trader process, liaising with third party bookings, taking responsibility for a number of inboxes and supporting the team with administrative and practical tasks.

This team player should have strong administration and communication skills, including comprehensive use of MS Office and be able to manage multiple tasks. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be required to be in the office at Ballard House for a minimum of 2 days week. Some weekend work maybe required.

Experience

  • Events experience and specifically working on outdoor events
  • Experience of providing administrative support in an office environment.
  • Experience in using IT and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience of working within a team.
