We are working for a Multi-Academy Trust serving over 14,000 children in Devon, Plymouth, and Cornwall. The trust encompasses 31 schools and is excited to be expanding even further. What will you do?

As part of the Business Administration Team, here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:

  • Providing appropriate administration support to the School Improvement Team.
  • Diarise and co-ordinate meetings, visits etc for individuals and the team in line with routine and extraordinary demands for the academic year, effectively resolving diary conflicts.
  • Under the guidance of senior team members, assist in organising events.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the team, answering calls and emails.
