- Provide top-tier administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, acting as the first point of contact for the MD.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations to meet high standards of accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry to support efficient office operations.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as needed
- Support document management across the business to ensure streamlined operations.
- Contribute to general office tasks, promoting an organized and effective work environment.
