This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with ease. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, ensuring the business and senior team operate smoothly.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-tier administrative assistance to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, acting as the first point of contact for the MD.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations to meet high standards of accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry to support efficient office operations.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes as needed
