If you're passionate about manufacturing and thrive in a busy production environment, this opportunity is for you.As a Weekend Factory Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production lines, consistently delivering the high-quality products we're known for. While prior factory experience as a Machine Operator is advantageous, they provide extensive and supportive on-the-job training. Expect a physically demanding role, offering room for growth and the chance to learn more technical aspects of the work.Requirements:

You must be available for training Monday-Friday on either rotating shift (06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00) or night shift (22:00-06:00).
A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
Transportation to our Plymouth location.

Weekend shifts on a rotating schedule (Saturday and Sunday 06:00-18:00)
28 days of holiday pay, rising to 33 (pro-rata) after 12 weeks
