Your new companyWorking for a leading not-for profit organisation in Plymouth.
Your new roleYou will manage a team of two accounts payable staff and ensure the team delivers an efficient service for the organisation and its subsidiaries.
- Perform accurate reconciliations
- Process all supplier invoices, ensuring all supplier invoices are approved and paid.
- Deal with supplier queries promptly.
- Manage the team on a daily basis with effective line management.
- Oversee month-end procedures.
- Ensure BACS and cheque payments are prepared for approval.
- Support the submission of HMRC claims.
- Attend monthly meetings with the Financial Controller to review the Trade payables position.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous staff management experience
- Ideally, AAT qualified.
- High volume processing experience.
