Your new companyWorking for a leading not-for profit organisation in Plymouth.

Your new roleYou will manage a team of two accounts payable staff and ensure the team delivers an efficient service for the organisation and its subsidiaries.

  • Perform accurate reconciliations
  • Process all supplier invoices, ensuring all supplier invoices are approved and paid.
  • Deal with supplier queries promptly.
  • Manage the team on a daily basis with effective line management.
  • Oversee month-end procedures.
  • Ensure BACS and cheque payments are prepared for approval.
  • Support the submission of HMRC claims.
  • Attend monthly meetings with the Financial Controller to review the Trade payables position.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous staff management experience
  • Ideally, AAT qualified.
  • High volume processing experience.
