Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio.
- Overseeing and mentoring audit staff, ensuring professional development.
- Reviewing audit files to ensure technical excellence and compliance.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic advice.
- Contributing to business development and identifying opportunities for growth.
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant audit experience.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards.
- Ability to develop client relationships and provide value-added services.
