The position will report into the Managing Director, with a dotted line through to the Group CFO. One of the key responsibilities will be providing guidance and leadership to streamline financial processes and develop strategies for scaling operations across the UK and Europe as the business pursues its continued growth.

• Proven track record in senior finance roles, with expertise in transactions, acquisitions, capital raising, and investor relations.
• Exceptional decision-making skills and the ability to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Strong ability to influence, support, and challenge management and board members with professional credibility.
