Day-to-day of the role:
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Manage and update client records on our back-office system, Intelliflo Office.
  • Collaborate with product providers and internal teams to implement financial planning advice.
  • Partner with Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to quality enhancement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an administrator in the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning software and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Advatageous if you have Intelliflo experience
