Mbf are working with the Financial Planning arm of an award-winning Chartered Accountancy practice to recruit an experienced & qualified Paraplanner.

Our client has offices the country, they have a particularly strong presence in the South West of England. Due to continued growth & expansion, they are now looking to recruit an additional Paraplanner to join their financial planning team. As a Paraplanner, you will be an integral part of the financial planning team, collaborating closely with Financial Planners and supporting them in delivering high-quality advice and solutions to clients. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing support, making it ideal for a Paraplanner who is both analytical and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed research and technical analysis for Financial Planners to support comprehensive client advice.
  • Develop and maintain financial planning reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with clients directly to gather information, answer queries, and provide support throughout the advice process.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records for client reviews and ensure all documentation meets internal and external compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and deliver excellent client service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Paraplanner: Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards it) with proven experience in a Paraplanning role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial planning, tax-efficient investments, pensions, and wealth management strategies.
  • Detail-Oriented: Accurate and thorough in producing client reports and technical documentation.
  • Client-Focused: Skilled in building relationships and ensuring positive client experiences.
  • Team Player: Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team.
