Plymouth (On-Site) | £25k - £28k

Your New Company:Join a dynamic MSP in Plymouth, where you'll be part of a dedicated team providing top-notch IT support.Your New Role:

  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents across various operating systems and applications.
  • Assist users with IT-related incidents and take ownership of issues to implement fixes, escalating when necessary.
  • Accurately record, update, and document requests using the IT service ticketing system.
  • Install and configure new IT equipment, resolve incidents, and upgrade software and hardware.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Deliver first-class customer service, ensuring efficient and effective communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Create and maintain support documentation to assist customers and team members.
  • Exhibit flexibility and provide cover when needed.
  • Work within relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience in a 1st line support role.
  • Good IT hardware skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a highly motivated team player.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Cloud awareness with Office 365 and Azure; SharePoint and Google Admin experience would be advantageous.
