Wise Employment is delighted to be working with a rapidly growing company in Plymouth who are seeking for an Administrator to come join their amazing company! This full time permanent opportunity, offers a salary of £22,500pa, as well as parking and other benefits, and will be working Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm, with a 3:30pm finish on a Friday.
Your day to day activities of an administrator can change depending on the required duties at the time, but they can include the following:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Payroll (using Sage 50)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintaining the administrative systems
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assisting managers with site setups, and processing documentation when required
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Placing necessary orders when required
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Organise travel and accommodation for those who are working away
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Help the managers and directors with any other duties
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist with the documentation and help support the company to uphold their accreditations, when they are being audited.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage all other administration tasks when required
In order to be a successful administrator you will need the following:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience using Sage 50 (Essential)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Previous Administration experience
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Hardworking team player
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Able to multi task and deal with multiple projects at once
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Good customer skills
