Role Overview:

Position: Cover Supervisor

Location: Plymouth (We have opportunities in Ivybridge & Torbay also)

Pay Rate: £110-120 per day

Employment Type: Flexible (Part time/ Full time)

Start Date: Flexible (Immediate or after serving your notice period)

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be in charge of the class in the absence of a regular teacher and play a crucial role in maintaining continuity in students' education. You will be the first point of contact when the teacher is not available.

An ideal candidate should have the following:

• Previous experience teaching secondary students
• Deep knowledge of the subject
• Genuine interest in the education
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Enhanced child DBS
• Professional references with clean records

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the classroom and ensure the tasks assigned are taken care
• Deliver the planned lessons left by the regular teacher
• Support students, provide timely guidance
• Collaborate with the teaching and supporting staff to ensure quality of education
• Adhere to the school's policies and procedures.
