Location – Plymouth, Devon

My client are currently looking for a finishing foreman who is solutions focused and who has experience of working on buildings projects specially industrial buildings

To apply for this role you must have prior experience working as a finishing foreman in a “live construction” environment. Those with experience on buildings and fixturers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day internal finishes on site.
• Help manage project in line with the agreed production targets
• Manage the work flow of sub-contractors ensuring they’re in line with the programme of works on site
• Agree sub-contractors long term and short term programme and monitor performance

The ideal candidate will have:

• Finishing  Foreman experience of working on commercial and industrial buildings.
• Experience on build side
• Good knowledge of modern construction techniques with a strong attention to detail
• Managed finishes from conception to completion
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors to ensure the project is finished on time
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work well in a team work in a team
• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
• SC cleared or held clearance previously (Highly desirable)
