We are seeking an outstanding and proficient Humanities teacher to make a significant impact in students' lives through the enhancement of cultural awareness, a deep understanding of history, and the integration of literature and philosophy into their learning experience.

The school we are recruiting for is an excellent Alternative Provision which is seeking an experienced teacher with excellent behaviour management, who can help students to grow, personally and academically.

Essential skills:

  • QTS or an equivalent qualification
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • 2 proven professional references
  • Previous experience in teaching Humanities
  • Ability to clearly explain complex concepts.
  • Experience in an AP or excellent behaviour management

Your role as Humanities Teacher:

  • Design and prepare lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
  • Provide academic and personal guidance to students.
  • Staying updated with the latest developments in Humanities and education.
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
  • Encourage extracurricular activities related to Humanities
