Mechanical and ElectricalShift Engineer - Liverpool Street

Location: Liverpool Street, London
Salary: Up to 44,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Shift Pattern: Continental Shift, 07:00-19:00
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

Role Requirements:

• Level 2 Mechanical or Level 3 Electrical qualifications (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years' experience within Facilities Management (FM)
• Call-out duties required

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of building services systems
• Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive repairs
• Attend to emergency breakdowns as required
• Perform routine inspections and diagnostics
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation
