Continuous Night Shift 11pm - 11am - 3 days on and 3 days off

Join a fast-paced team producing high-quality plastic components using cutting-edge injection moulding technology. Collaborate with skilled professionals in a dynamic manufacturing environment to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate injection moulding machines to meet exact specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues (mechanical/electrical).
• Perform scheduled maintenance and support annual machine upkeep.
• Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen).
• Maintain production records using SAP and inspect equipment for compliance.

Requirements:

• Essential:Level 3 qualification in engineering.
• Desirable:Injection moulding experience and technical expertise in manufacturing.
• Proficient in fault-finding, lean principles, and basic computer skills.
• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and a strong team player.
