They are now looking for enthusiastic and driven New Home Sales Advisors to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to sell on established sites, with many more developments on the horizon!
About the opportunity:
We are seeking an individual to perform the following:
- Maintain a high standard of presentation for the site and the sales complex.
- Ensure all relevant information needed to provide accurate details to purchasers is consistently available and up to date.
- Proactively follow up with leads provided via email or telephone.
- Guide potential purchasers through show homes, stock plots, and the site to effectively showcase the product.
- Regularly liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors.
- Meet sales targets in accordance with business requirements.
About the benefits and rewards:
The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to 30k DOE. In addition to the basic salary there will be a commission structure and further company benefits.
About the requirements:
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder.
- Proficient administration skills.
- IT literate.
- Excellent knowledge of; GDPR Implications, The Property Mis-descriptions Act, The Data Protection Act, The Consumer Code for House Builder.
- Flexible working pattern, with availability to work weekends and bank holidays.
- Willingness to travel, sometimes on short notice.
- Holds a full driving license and has access to a vehicle for business travel.
