Amber Mace are working with a fantastic client who are looking for a qualified OH Advisor to join their team in Plymouth. Role:
• Full OH remit
• Conduct health surveillance and provide reports
• Responsible for case management and provide reports to the OH Manager when required
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with therapists, ergonomists, nurses, technicians and administration team
• Provide clear advice regarding health and wellbeing
• Conduct pre-placement reviews, and fitness for work reports when required
Requirements:
• RGN, with valid NMC pin
• Experienced OH Advisor with an OH qualification - salary depending on experience
• Experience within the manufacturing sector is ideal but not essential
• Fantastic communication skills
• IT proficient
• Experienced in case management assessments
