RT Consulting are an established Silver ERS Armed Forces Covenant SME, we are a Management Consultancy with over 15 years' experience in driving innovation and transformation in key sectors, including Defence, Local & Central Government, Policing and Transport.
As a result of continued success, we are expanding our society of consultants to fulfil current and future demands from our defence portfolio, particularly one of the largest Defence frameworks within the UK which we have proudly been supporting for over 5 years.
Our consultants are deployed into largescale Programmes/Projects to bring expert knowledge to drive sustainable and long-term change and add value to each project / programme.
We are looking for Project Planning and Scheduling Manager’s with the following experience:
- Performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, which include schedule development, control, and analysis
- Reviewing design scope criteria, coordinating with the project to develop additional estimating bases when information is incomplete
- Supervising the collection, verification, and integration of work scope for all entities into the total project plan
- Establishing the conceptual scope of estimates and studies prior to definition phase
- Establishing productivity basis to be utilised in estimate reviews, as developed in concurrence with the Project team
- Reviewing supplier bids related to schedule and material control, and develops supporting data for contract negotiations
- Interfacing with designated management and supplier counterparts for specific planning and scheduling tasks
- Knowledge of defence policies and procedures for Schedule Management and associated supporting documentation is preferred
Working within a secure environment, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our society's success. You must hold current and active Security Clearance, ensuring it is up to date and has been utilised within the past 12 months to meet the urgent needs of this programme.
