They are currently seeking General Operatives and Skilled Workers to join the dynamic team and contribute to our growing portfolio of projects.

As a General Operative or Skilled Worker, you will:
Assist with a variety of landscaping tasks, including:
- Site Clearance, Tree Protection, and Hoarding: Engage early with our clients to explore value-engineering opportunities and ensure sites are safe and compliant for commencement.
- Landscaping: Apply horticultural expertise to ensure the successful delivery of schemes, taking into account any specific seasonal requirements.
- Fencing & Decking: Participate in constructing fencing and decking projectssince 2016, we have erected over 12,000 linear meters of fencing and built over 40 decks.
- Grounds Maintenance: Help maintain over 100 sites to our high standards, as demonstrated in the 2016 season.
- Arboriculture: Assist with tree management, including all aspects of tree works and liaising with local authorities on behalf of clients.
- Operate and maintain tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all projects meet client expectations and deadlines
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
General Operatives:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- CSCS Card - or willingness to apply.
Skilled Workers:
- Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, or hardscaping.
- Proficiency in tasks such as paving, fencing, planting, or groundwork.
- Familiarity with arboricultural tasks is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- A valid CSCS card or willingness to apply.
