Experienced Building Maintenance Handyperson with knowledge of loading dock door maintenance - Plymouth
Monday to Friday - Days
£33,790 per annum (this will increase after completion of probationary period)
All applicants must have the following experience
- Straightforward experience/knowledge of loading dock door or industrial door maintenance (essential)
- Straightforward plumbing maintenance experience
- Very good experience in building maintenance and repair
Purpose of role
To carry out loading dock door maintenance and repair, basic electrical and plumbing repair and general building maintenance work in a commercial building in Plymouth
- £33,790 + very well paid OT rates
