Prestige Nursing & Care Plymouth are rated as outstanding with the CQC (Care Quality Commission). We are looking for caring and reliable Professional Carers to join our team. We are specifically looking to recruit new team members to care for a gentleman in his 80's who lives in the Plymstock area. This gentleman had a career in the RAF and he lives at home with his wife who cares for him alongside professionals.

.What our clients are looking for

To care for this individual, we are looking for gentle team members who can communicate well - to be able to explain and reassure him - and help him to feel safe in your presence. Our role is to provide assistance with personal care, nutrition and hydration, all aspects of daily living and cognitive stimulation. This individual is unable to assist with any transfers and therefore a hoist is used for transfers and personal care. All training will be provided as required but experience is necessary to meet his needs.

Do you need experience?

Due to the nature of this role we would require experience, working in care within the UK.
