We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Air Tester who will work with us to continue the growth and development of our team in the South West of England.

AES Compliance & Testing Ltd are best known for air tightness testing in the new build sector, we also offer other on-site services including sound insulation testing, ventilation testing, Veritherm and thermography surveys in the residential, non-residential and existing building sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Always display a professional attitude demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
  • Travel to construction sites and existing buildings, carrying out air tightness tests in conjunction with building regulations
  • Focus on tasks assigned and manage workload effectively and independently
  • Be an active member of the team, contributing ideas and sharing knowledge
  • Take a proactive approach to learning and development
  • Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to cover Plymouth and surrounding areas.
  • Be an experienced Air Tightness Testing Engineer, with an ATTMA level 1 qualification or equivalent
  • Hold a full/clean driving license
