The successful Teaching Assistant will need to have :
- A compassionate, patient, and supportive approach to working with children.
- Experience with SEND students is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A flexible and proactive attitude to adapt to student's needs.
