HR Manager (Manufacturing) - Based in PlymouthUp to £70k plus bonus and excellent benefits

We are a well-established manufacturing company based in Plymouth with over 800 employees. We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team and lead our HR department to success. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all HR requirements within the organization and play a crucial role in aligning our HR strategies with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead a small team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional HR services to all employees.- Work closely with the senior management team to make strategic decisions that will drive the continued success of the company.- Implement effective performance management processes to ensure that our employees are motivated and engaged.- Foster a positive working culture through employee engagement initiatives and activities.- Continuously review and improve our HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.- Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees in all HR matters.

Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, CIPD level 7, Business Administration or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a small team.- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current employment laws.- Excellent communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS and payroll systems.
