Manage and allocate department workload, ensuring smooth and effective processes.?? Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new store teams.?? Work closely with senior leadership on HR, recruitment, and operational projects.?? Streamline processes, ensuring the department runs efficiently and effectively.What We’re Looking For:? People management experience – confident in leading and developing a team.? Strong HR & recruitment knowledge with an operational mindset.? A proactive sales approach, able to drive performance and meet targets.? Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.? A confident relationship builder with strong communication skills.?
