I am currently recruiting for a Configuration Manager to join a leading organisation in Plymouth. Within this position, you will be implementing configuration management methodologies to provide evidence of the achievement of the Gold Thread whilst ensuring consistency between requirements, technical information and projects. You must have an in-depth understanding and proven experience of configuration management within the nuclear industry
Rate - £650.00 per day inside ir35
Location - Devon
Duration - 12 Months
Clearance - SC Cleared
Skills
- In depth understanding and proven application of CM Standards (Def Stan 05-57, Def Stan 05-61, EIA-649, ISO10007 and IpX CMII).
- Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of performing CM at the company/programme level in support of Projects and In-Service throughout the full product/system lifecycle within a similar environment.
- Be fully conversant and experienced in the functionality and implementation of CM tools (comprehensive PLM tools) for managing Product Data, Asset Data, Requirements, Documents, Drawings, Records and CAD Models.
- Experience of managing a dispersed and often indirect team of people to successfully achieve CM directive
