Senior Project Manager

Here, your contributions are valued, and they work together to deliver excellence for our clients and communities.As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure projects across the region. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, strong communication, and commercial acumen will drive better outcomes for both clients and communities. You'll thrive in a vibrant, collaborative environment, and your ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and navigate challenges will be essential to the success of our projects.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality project and programme management across the entire project lifecycle.
  • Offer expert advice on project costs, schedules, risks, and issues to clients.
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams to deliver on project goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Produce monthly reports on project progress, including programmes, risk registers, and more.
  • Implement efficient communication tools and strategies to keep all parties informed and engaged.
  • Develop and execute delivery plans, involving team members to ensure objectives are met.
  • Challenge existing processes and pursue continuous improvement in dynamic environments.

What You Bring:

  • A Project Management qualification or working towards one (APM, ICE, RICS, or similar).
  • Extensive experience managing infrastructure projects and/or programmes across their lifecycle.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice Project Management techniques.
  • Significant experience with the NEC suite of contracts; NEC Accreditation is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with diverse personalities across different sectors.
