- Print and post letters to clients, ensuring timely dispatch and accuracy.
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure all paperwork for client applications is completed and checked.
- Make calls to external parties such as lenders and solicitors to chase outstanding information or request updates on document timescales.
- Keep Advisers updated on the progress of cases, ensuring they are notified promptly.
- Manage workloads effectively to meet case deadlines and adhere to internal task lists.
- Monitor and manage a busy mailbox that receives emails regarding ongoing and completed applications.
- Organise, move, and archive client files in SharePoint, maintaining a high level of data accuracy and accessibility.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a technical or financial setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, especially SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.
