IT Support Engineer - Devon - Hybrid working - Salary up to 34,000 + Benefits - REF 1798

I am currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer, to work for a multi-national organisation based in Devon. Salary up to 34,000 + Benefits.

Mon-Fri (flexible working hours)

40 hrs p/w

Hybrid working model available

To support the growth of the business they now have the need to appoint an IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis.

In this role as an IT Support Engineer, you will be the first port of call for any IT Support requests. You'll be answering calls and queries from all employees, and resolving, or escalating when needed to.

You'll be responsible for ensuring all new employees are correctly set up across the companies systems, and ensuring they have the correct hardware to conduct their role.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Must have experience in 1st and 2nd line support
  • Must have experience in Active Directory, O365 and Windows
  • Must have experience in Hardware (troubleshooting, repair)

This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous 1st line experience, perhaps in a busy helpdesk environment, who has the willingness to grow and develop within a global company. There will be opportunities to travel to other sites across Europe, and to further develop your technical skills.
