- Salary £22,000 - £25,000 p/a
- Full-Time, Monday – Friday 9:00-17:00- overtime can be discussed.

- Generally handling any queries that come through from your dedicated client base in a quick and professional manner ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
- Previous experience as an account handler or in a similar role within the insurance industry is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficient in using insurance software and CRM systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CII) are advantageous.
