We are currently looking for an Interior Designer to join a multi-disciplinary practice based in Plymouth. The successful individual will be working for a large Architectural team within the area. You will be delivering projects within a range of sectors and these projects range up to £15M in value.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain experience and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will act on behalf of both - public and private sector clients across a complete range of projects.



Interior Designer Salary & Benefits

Interior Designer Position Overview

  • Assist in developing and refining interior design concepts and plans
  • Create and update detailed drawings and CAD models
  • Prepare mood boards and material sample boards for client presentations
  • Participate in team meetings and design reviews to contribute ideas and feedback
  • Assist in preparing project presentations for clients and stakeholders
  • Research for new products sourcing, trends, CPD's or ideas in materials products and samples


Interior Designer Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
  • Proficiency in Revit, with a preference for candidates experienced in AutoCAD as well
  • Experience with SketchUp and 3ds Max for 3D modelling and rendering
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for creating presentations and visualisations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment
