We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to provide expert legal advice and support across our operations.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide expert legal advice relating to commercial contracts.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations, ensuring the best outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
- Offer risk management advice and support strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide comprehensive legal support.
- Stay updated with relevant legal developments to enhance service delivery and compliance.
- Law degree and post-qualification experience in commercial contracts.
- Expert knowledge of commercial contracts law, preferably within the transport and distribution industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
