Commercial Property Solicitor / Fee Earner Job Type: Full-Time Location: Plymouth Salary: Competitive A Legal 500 modern, progressive law firm in the Southwest is seeking to expand its team with an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, FILEX, or CILEX Associate with at least 1PQE. The successful candidate will immediately take on client-facing responsibilities, handling various commercial property matters such as real estate acquisitions, portfolio management, landlord and tenant issues, development projects, and disposals. The role also involves providing property support to the firm's commercial department.   • Deliver legal services that enhance team profitability and support firm growth. 
  • Manage cases from initiation to resolution 
  • Draft legal documents, conduct research, and resolve legal issues while staying updated on industry laws. 
  • Market the team to secure new business and maintain referral relationships. 
  • Mentor legal assistants and apprentices; assist with training and cover absences.  
  • Lead and participate in marketing and training activities; identify team development needs.
