The successful candidate will immediately take on client-facing responsibilities, handling various commercial property matters such as real estate acquisitions, portfolio management, landlord and tenant issues, development projects, and disposals. Deliver legal services that enhance team profitability and support firm growth.
Manage cases from initiation to resolution
Draft legal documents, conduct research, and resolve legal issues while staying updated on industry laws.
Market the team to secure new business and maintain referral relationships.
Mentor legal assistants and apprentices; assist with training and cover absences.
Lead and participate in marketing and training activities; identify team development needs.
