What You'll Do
- Handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters
- This will include sales, purchases, leases, lease management and bank finance work
- Any development experience would be helpful, but certainly not essential
- Advise SME developers and sophisticated business clients with all their property needs
- Act for a number of high profile local, regional and London based corporate occupiers and large corporates
