What will you do?

  • Manage your own commercial property caseload & assist others
  • Plenty of face-to-face client meet ups with new and existing clients
  • Advise on freehold sales and acquisitions, commercial leases, commercial and residential property development (including options and overage), acquisitions and disposals of property portfolios, landlord and tenant matters, small business (asset) sales and purchases, the transfer of going concerns particularly in the retail and leisure sector and the sale and purchase of development sites for residential and commercial development
  • Continue to build the already excellent reputation of the team & firm

What will you need?

  • To be a qualified lawyer, solicitor or legal executive
  • Ideally at least 1 or 2 years’ experience within commercial property law
  • Lawyers with residential experience, or other areas of expertise who are looking to retrain into commercial property, should get in touch 
  • A real willingness to be involved in business development and want to grow the department
  • Being a keen networker, you will be fully supported with this
