What will you do?
- Advise a Private Equity client base of national and international clients
- Design and deliver bespoke acquisition and disposal programs
- MandA
- Be an extension of your client’s internal team
- Give effective support to your clients through acquisition and integration
- Be the go-to person for certain key clients and develop meaningful relationships with them
- Contribute to further development of the team, firm and yourself
- Be encouraged to get out and meet new and existing clients
What will you need?
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
- Corporate law experience
- The ability to be creative and solve clients’ issues in a way they both like and understand
