This role will involve:
- Giving legal advice and guidance on consenting matters related to energy, environmental and infrastructure projects
- Consenting applications, agreements etc across residential development and highway schemes
- Clients will be very well known household names and include both public and private sector projects
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- At least 2-3 years’ planning law experience
- A curious mind to include political awareness of planning on the governments' agenda
