Title: Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-1PQE)

Location: Plymouth

Salary: Circa £60,000

We are seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Solicitor (preferably NQ - 1 year PQE) to join a growing and well-regarded Property Litigation team in Plymouth.

The Property Litigation Department is one of the fastest growing in the firm, offering exposure to high-quality, high-value work. Assisting the head of the team, you will work on a broad range of litigious matters for clients including commercial developers, housebuilders, corporate occupiers, investors, lenders, and local authorities. You will have the opportunity to grow your skillset and understanding of the law with excellent career progression prospects.

As part of a supportive and friendly team, you will have high levels of responsibility from the outset, including direct client contact and running your own caseload. This position provides a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team within an ambitious and forward-thinking firm.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • previous property litigation experience, either as part of your training contract or in a newly qualified role,
  • a strong background in dealing with both residential and commercial contentious property matters,
  • excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with resilience and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines,
  • attention to detail and a natural tenacity are key, as is the desire to take on significant responsibility.
